The Paramount Group.us, Inc. was founded in 2010 and is based out of Satellite Beach, Florida. Our team serves clients with the U.S. and Western Europe, and primarily focuses on businesses who are ready to take the next step in growth and are open to digital marketing solutions.

Bob Ingram
President
Bob has a Computer Science Engineering degree from the University of Florida and is certified in both Google Ads and Google Analytics. He is also a former Naval Officer in the field of Nuclear Power Engineering. Bob launched The Paramount Group.us in 2014 and has established himself as an expert in the field of Digital Marketing. His focus is on increasing his clients' revenue through online conversions using analytics, SEO and PPC ads.
Barbara Ingram
Creative Director
Barbara has a BFA in Graphic Design from Boston University. Her logo designs have been published in PRINT Magazine’s Annual “Best Logos” edition and she has won numerous industry management awards. Barbara opened her own printing and design company in Georgia in 1993 and ran it successfully for 22 years before selling it in 2015. She now works as the Creative Director at The Paramount Group.us in Satellite Beach, managing web development projects as well as design and corporate branding.
Tim VanDerKamp
Business Development and Consulting
Tim VanDerKamp has been consulting with businesses for most of his career. His strength lies in assisting businesses and executives with transition. Whether that means growth, exit plans or mergers and acquisitions, Tim is able to work with business owners and staff to accurately assess the situation and assist with a beneficial outcome. He also manages a Peer Group/Business Mastermind program on a national level for all sizes of businesses.
Corla Ingram
Social Media Content Management
Corla has a dual Nationality from the U.S. and The Netherlands. She has a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Florida. Her expertise is in Social Media Manage and primarily manages our clients who are in the fashion and retail space.
Kasey Hesher
Social Media and Content Development
Kasey Hesher has been blogging and managing social media for authors and local businesses since 2015. She has won multiple awards for her writing and has published more than 700 book reviews on her blog,
The Story Sanctuary, which she founded in 2012. She joined The Paramount Group.us in January 2019.
Fionna Bottema
Business Development - The Netherlands
Fionna Bottema heads up our Western Europe division, specifically in The Netherlands. She is an accomplished illustrator, photographer and content developer. She is fluent in Dutch and English.
Ian Robinson-Lambert
Web Development/Content Creation
Ian Robinson-Lambert is a graduate of Boston University with a degree in Advertising. He has a keen eye for design and assists our clients with making sure they look their best and maintain creative, SEO-friendly content.
